Position Overview: The successful Purchasing Analyst will be collating purchasing orders, reviewing inventories and tracking order statuses. The Purchasing Analyst role plays a key part in providing customer service and assistance to the entire supply chain department.

Responsibilities of the Purchasing Analyst:

  • Accurately entering and updating all product information
  • Working with vendors
  • Managing and resolving purchase order issues
  • Establishing and maintaining recurring pay files for suppliers
  • Analyzing supplier usage/spending patterns
  • Evaluating supplier proposals
  • Analyzing financial reports t find discrepancies
  • Generating ad hoc reports in assistance to the entire department

Qualifications for the Purchasing Analyst:

  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, strong Excel is a must!
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
