PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Managerial Tasks:
Manage supplies:
monitor, stock, and organize closets, toolboxes, and maintenance areas, order supplies as necessary, within budgetAssist with the development of the annual maintenance plan/logMaintain and update all daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual logsMaintain equipment and building manuals and warrantiesProvide knowledgeable guest service regarding facility offerings to guests and community officials Understand and carry out facility policies and proceduresOpen and close the facility as a Manager on DutyMaintain safety standards to minimize incidents Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by the General Manager/Operations DirectorFacility Maintenance Tasks:
Monitor and maintain overall appearance of the building and perform routine clean-up Coordinate cleaning schedule around daily activitiesManage utilities (lights, temperature controls, heaters, etc)Assemble equipment; maintain, line, prep, and repair playing surfaces Schedule maintenance on facility equipment; diagnose and repair in-house as capableCoordinate with managers on facility repairs and inspections to avoid conflicts and maximize usage of venue resourcesGrounds Maintenance Tasks:
Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the grounds and outdoor playing fieldsOrganize and stock maintenance & equipment sheds/storage areasCoordinate maintenance and repair work with managers and contractors to avoid conflicts and maximize usage of venue resourcesMonitor and perform tasks associated with keeping all walkways, lots, doorways, and flower beds clear of weeds, grass, trash, water, ice, and debrisOperate maintenance machinery to include but not limited to field grooming equipment, snowplow/shovel, Maintenance Utility VehicleMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS:
General knowledge of maintenance, janitorial, and landscapingHigh School Diploma/GED requiredAt least two (2) years of related experience Must be able to obtain CPR/FIRST AID certifications within a specific time periodMust be available to work a flexible schedule; a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and some holidaysPreferred experience working with facilities, schools, universities, or rec.
departments Excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to think quickly and rationally in times of emergency Must be a team player with a positive can-do attitudeExcellent time management skills (coordinating schedule visits from outside vendors & contractors)Strong attention to detailCapacity to take direction but work well under minimal supervisionCDL not required, but preferredWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, lift, or bendMust be able to lift at least 50 poundsAbility to navigate around the facility for long periods of timeAbility to climb elevated areas to complete tasks (i.

ladders, lift for scoreboards, climbing walls, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
