Responsibilities:
Generate and maintain all pre-hire and new hire paperwork Manages benefits enrollment process Conducts HR portion of orientation and prepares appropriate packets for new hires.
Act as liaison to the employees and administration Performs general administrative duties within the HR office Contributes to human resource compliance efforts by ensuring guidelines and policies are consistent and enforced in the areas of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.
Facilitates, recommends, and supports a consistent approach to business process and procedures.
Overcomes obstacles to delivering quality HR services.
Manages day-to-day employee relations questions surrounding policy and procedures and partners with appropriate resources for timely solutions.
Requirements:
Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize while handling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively with others from within and outside Human Resources.
Strong self-initiation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong MS Office skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint Minimum 1 year HR experience preferred We Offer:
